South East Asia is a food lovers paradise and as I pedal through the landscapes of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Burma, Tibet and China, from the seat of my bicycle, I hope to explore the origins, influences and defining characteristics of food that fuels my journey.
Visiting traditional family-run restaurants, street stalls, floating markets, night markets, fishing villages I want to learn more about the real food of the South East Asia and its preparation. Using the links below you can keep up to speed with what I am eating as I pedal my way through South East Asia as well as trying some of the recipes yourself at home.
